    Sugar Markets were pushed forward after May raw sugar futures were down by 2.5% early in the session. Markets are considering the possibility that an El Nino may occur this year, which could potentially disrupt the Indian Monsoon.
  • I have been monitoring it as well and if this El Nino will occur it will surely affect the market and the production of it.
  • I strongly agree, AnneB. According to news reports, there is likely to be another El Niño in the second half of 2017.
  • Oh if that's the case it will really target the production of the market at the same time, there will also a change in the movement of trading
